Originally built in 1928, adjacent to the historic grounds of Phillips Academy, this Georgian Revival was reimagined for contemporary living. Rustic elements, combined with a transitional styling, pay homage to the house’s roots while providing modern-day comforts. Hand-hewn beams, custom stains and European stone throughout, create the perfect juxtaposition of old and new.
